Refund policy

Defects/Wrong Item Received:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

90 Day Return Policy for change of mind:

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. Digital Products, Discounted Items (including when a discount code applied), Sales, Seconds and Clearance items are excluded from this offer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition and unopened in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

For customer change of mind, a processing fee of $10 is charged per item. The return will be processed as store credit only. The amount of store credit will be for the item only and excludes any shipping cost paid. In the case that more than $14.99 (flat rate charged for standard postage within Australia) was paid by Bean and Sprouts to ship the original order to the customer, we reserve the right to deduct relevant shipping charges from the credit amount. 

If the item was originally shipped as part of a free shipping offer, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the freight charges by either $14.99 or amount paid by Bean and Sprouts.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Order date
  • Details of the Item(s) you are returning
  • Reason for your Return (this helps us to improve our services)

Additional Information:

  • Cost of return postage is customer's responsibility (unless item arrived damaged). We suggest using a trackable service to ensure the items arrive safely. 
  • For defective items, refunds will be issued based on the original payment method 
  • Gift Cards, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Seconds and Digital Products are excluded from our 90-Day Return Offer
  • We reserve the right to use our reasonable discretion when accessing returns and limit if necessary
  • Please allow up to 10 working days once your item has arrived in our warehouse, for your return to be processed.
