Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We dispatch orders each week day so you can be assured your order will arrive promptly in your home. If you have any questions, please use the "Contact Us" page or email info@beanandsprouts.com.au.
Shipping Costs:
- All orders will be dispatched from our Brisbane warehouses.
- $14.99 flat rate standard shipping for all orders under $200, excluding furniture and bulky items
- Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $200, excluding furniture and bulky items.
- furniture and bulky may include additional shipping fees. Please see shipping options at the checkout.

Pre-Order:If an order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order items come in stock.
- Same day dispatch may not apply during sale events or busy holiday periods
Delivery Time:
- Delivery times are 4-7 business days from the time of order for most Australian locations depending on couriers.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently do not service outside Australia.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for items that you are not 100% satisfied with or that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 90 days of purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND
- If you have changed your mind regarding a product purchase, we are happy to issue a store credit for the product upon its return to us within 90 days of purchase.
- Shipping back to us will be at customers' expense for a change of mind and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return deliveries.
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition for a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item excluding any shipping fees paid (either full amount of shipping fees paid by Bean and Sprouts for fulfilment of order or $14.99 flat fee postage, whichever is greater)
- No returns or refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.
- If the parcel initially was sent as part of free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the store credit
- Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey.

FAULTY ITEMS
We will happily replace or give a full refund for faulty items if a product has fallen through our quality control, please let us know within 3 days of your order arriving by contacting us via email (info@beanandsprouts.com.au) with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will either pay the cost of shipping back to us if products arrived damaged and do our best to offer a replacement but sometimes this is not possible due to stock levels or offer a partial refund.
A product is considered faulty if they are received damaged. Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. We may ask you to return the faulty item by sending a postage paid return label.
Disclaimer:
Bean and Sprout has the right to reject returns outside the 90 day return period or items that are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 100% of the cost based on the condition of the goods. Product returns that do not meet our return criteria will be at the Buyers Disposal.
