This colour zig zag racing car set includes 3 cars with the zig zag racetrack.

It consists of different colours on the track as well as 3 different coloured cars. Children can be encouraged to identify the colours on the track which promotes colour recognition.

This toy is designed to encourage cognitive development and visual tracking in early childhood. Dynamic visual tracking refers to the ability of the eyes to follow moving objects or to locate a stationary object in changing visual field. It helps the ocular muscles develop and prepares the toddler for other skills in the future such as reading and writing, catching objects and playing sports.

Through this activity children can also learn about cause and effect when they release the cars at the top of the track, as well as gross and fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they pick up the cars and put it onto the track. 

It also helps with concentration, memory and problem solving as the child learns the object's path to follow it visually.
